Pascale has a keen interest in making property functions and portfolios work for her clients to better enable them to achieve strategic objectives. Pascale has worked across not-for-profit, community and health, government and private sectors to optimise service delivery and deliver on growth targets in organisations experiencing significant change and disruption. Pascale holds significant expertise in disability housing, having travelled around Australia to present on Specialist Disability Accommodation. While at Grosvenor, Pascale has further developed her expertise in commercial property and facilities management and strategy.
Pascale enjoys solving complex problems and clients value her management approach, stakeholder engagement and ability to identify solutions that are based in better practice.
