Mohsin Mahmud

Mohsin is a manager in the Property team and has significant local and international consulting experience. He began his career at a Big 4 firm, where he conducted various process optimisations, market research, and feasibility studies for both private and government clients.

Mohsin also worked on one of the largest private mixed real estate developments in Qatar. He reviewed the operations of existing property assets and developed a customised business model for the entire project, which was used to engage with lending institutions and manage cash flow.

Upon returning to Australia, Mohsin worked as a management consultant across diverse sectors, including residential, tourism, place-making, and the built environment. He has extensive experience in financial and economic modelling and is an expert in these fields.
