David is an adaptable, high performing resource with proven experience of end-to-end project lifecycle work and of highly pressurised delivery. David has a successful track record on projects in Ireland’s Financial Services (FS), working across several large-scale transformation programmes, taking on several different positions from core delivery, Team Lead, Project Management, and Implementation lead roles.

David has continually shown strong leadership and interpersonal skills which allow him to succeed in key roles. His expertise spans enterprise change transformation, strategic acquisition/customer migration programs, process optimization & updates and solutions design. David is an advocate for his people and building strong relationships, and uses this focus to consistently deliver successful outcomes through thorough planning, stakeholder engagement, and project management.

  • Coordinated a team of four in the successful review, update & sign off of >120 processes across the Business to enable the smooth integration of two new product lines into current banking operations.

  • Delivered the E2E design, development & launch of a suite of four financial solution enhancements for non-performing equity customers, including the development of supporting processes and procedures.
